To get Ultima Weapon, you need to first defeat Ultima WEAPON. He is found near Junon on Disk

Barret: Missing Score |
The Missing Score is on the stairs of the Sister Ray, during the Midgar invasion. At the save
point before the stairs, you will NEED to put Barret in your party. If he is not in your party, the chest will be empty. If
you do not get it at this time, you will lose it for good. |

Tifa: Premium Heart |
Anytime after you get Cloud back, you should place Tifa and Cid in your party, and visit Wall
Market. Go into the Item building, and inspect the broken vending machine. Cid will fix it, and it will spit out Tifa's weapon. |

Aeris: Princess Guard |
Aeris weapon is in the Temple of the Ancients, in the Clock Room. Set the clock hands to where
you can enter room IV, and it will be in the chest at the end of the hall. |

Red XIII: Limited Moon |
After you take Bugenhagen to the Forgotten City, place Red XIII in your party. Now return to
Cosmo Canyon, and visit him there. After his talk with Bugenhagen, Red XIII will get his ultimate weapon. |

Cait Sith: HP Shout |
During the Midgar assault, take the time to visit Shinra HQ. In the Health Spa Room (64th floor),
you will find Cait Sith's ultimate weapon in a locker in the back row. |

Cid: Venus Gospel |
After the rocket launch on Disk 2, place Cid in your party. Return to Rocket Town, and speak
with the man obsessed with the rocket. After talking to him several times, he will hand over Cid's weapon. |

Yuffie: Conformer |
Any time after getting the submarine, visit the Crashed Gelnika. Yuffie's Conformer is in the
Generator Room. |

Vincent: Death Penalty |
During Disk 2, place Vincent in your party. Visit the cave on the lake, by the Gold Saucer.
After the conversation, leave the cave.
During Disk 3, return with Vincent in your party. Where Lucrecia was, you will
find Vincents Ultimate weapon, and limit break. |
