Final Fantasy VIII Magazines

There is plenty of reading material scattered throughout the world of Final fantasy VIII. Magazines in the game have a wide variety of uses. The weapons monthly will show you what you need to upgrade weapons, while Combat King and Pet pals give Rinoa and Zell new Limit Breaks. Occult Fan will give you the inside scoop on Doomtrain, and the Alien Pupu. And there is, of course, the Timber Maniacs. Though you do not learn any abilities from them, they are still worth getting. Once you get a new copy of Timber Maniacs, you can view a new article on Laguna. To do so, you will need to go to Squall's study panel and access Selphie's web page. It gives you a bit more story on Laguna and company, than the game itself does.
