Traverse Town is home to many of Sora, Donald, and Goofy's friends that helped tham on their journey before. But this time something is very strange. No one has any memories of the trio, outside of their names. Leon, Yuffie, and Cid have all but forgotten who they are. But it is Aerith that sends them on the right path.

Sora and company run into Alice, who is being tried once again. But this time it is the Queen of Hearts memory that has been stolen. Now Sora must find the evidence needed to clear Alice, or it is off with her head!

Phil and Hercules are having a tournament to see who the best of the best is. Sora and company decide to join. At the last minute Cloud also joins. There is something not right with Cloud though. He has seemingly made a deal with Hades to regain his lost memories. This could be trouble for Hercules, if Sora does not do something about it.

Aladdin is trying desperately to win the hand of the princess Jasmine. The evil visor Jafar uses Aladdin to get the lamp from the Cave of Wonders. Now Sora has to help Aladdin save jasmine and Agrabah from Jafar, before he takes over as sultan.

Dr. Finklestein has created a potion that is supposed to bring back a persons true memories. But when it is stolen by Oogy Boogie, Jack asks Sora, Donald, and Goofy to help get it back.

Pinocchio and his father Gepetto are still trapped inside the belly of this whale of a whale. Pinocchio is searching for a way out, but does not want his father to worry. So he fibs just a bit to keep Gepetto from suspecting he is in danger. Sora and company want to help find a way to get them out of the monsters belly, and find their way back home.

Ariel's friend Flounder has been kidnapped. Ursula tells Ariel she can help her get Flounder back, as long as Ariel lets her use the Trident. Will Ariel risk all of the oceans and Atlantica? Sora will try to help her no matter what choice she makes.

Winnie the Pooh seems to have lost his friends. Sora decides that perhaps helping Pooh Bear find his friends will assist Sora in finding his. Will Pooh be able to find all of his friends? Will it help Sora get closer to his own missing friends?

Wendy has been kidnapped by the pirate Captain Hook. Sora runs into Perter Pan who is trying to rescue her. He wants Wedy to stay and be a mother to him and the lost boys, but Wendy is not sure she wants too. What will Peter do if she decides to return to London?

Belle has been taken prisoner by Maleficent in Hollow Bastion. Maleficent saw her heart, and saw the pure love for the Beast within. This made her want to steal Belle's heart. When the Beast arrives however, he finds that Belle wants nothing to do with him, and asks that he leave at once. Is there a reason for this, or has Belle truly lost her love for the Beast?

Sora and company have never been to Twilight Town before...or have they? Sora, upon entering it has a strange familiar connection with it. Though he knows in his heart that he has never been there before, he does not understand why it would be so familiar to him. Whether or not he will find the answer to this if they continue is under serious debate amongst him and his companions.

Sora, Riku, and Kairi grew up here. Sora returns because he has promised a girl that he would meet her here. But to the surprise of everyone it is not kairi. It is his other childhood friend Namine'...or are they really childhood friends?
